Refund
Policy

1. We want your transaction to be as smooth as possible for you, please call us regarding any refund and/or cancellation query you may have.

 

2. On receipt of your furniture or mattress, it is important that you fully check that they are in good condition. You will be asked to sign the delivery note to confirm this. In the event that a fault is discovered you should notify us immediately and in any case not later than 48 hours after you received your furniture, bed or mattress.​​​

3. If you wish to cancel after you have ordered this time you could possibly be charged a restocking fee of twenty five percent of the purchase price. If your cancellation relates to goods that we have received, manufactured, or cannot cancel ourselves with a supplier a fifty percent resale charge will be made. On certain special orders, made to measure or bespoke orders goods will be impossible to resell and no refund will be made until we can resell an item. If we cannot resell within 12 months no refund will be available. The item will remain available for delivery to the customer during this time.
